How to use Cancer Risk Screening Test?

Scan QR code outside the box that will take you to the Saliva Collection instructional video.

Scan the consent QR code inside the box to register your test online.

• Unpack the kit, read the provided instructions carefully.
• Collect your sample.

• Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
• 30 minutes before collecting the saliva sample.

• Hold the collection tube funnel upright and deliver saliva into it.
• Collect 3 ml of clear saliva (excluding bubbles).
• Discard the funnel into a waste bin.

Hold the tube upright and close the lid tightly.

Stick one barcode on the sample tube and the second barcode on the specimen bag as instructed in the video.

• Place saliva collection tube back into the specimen bag and seal the bag without removing the absorption pad.
• Place the bag containing your saliva collection tube back into the cardboard box provided.
• Seal the box using the security sticker provided.

• Place the test cardboard box into the prepaid provided envelope.
• Please stick the royal mail provided sticker on the envelope, seal it.
• Post it through Royal Mail Service.

You will receive an email with your results within 48 hrs after the laboratory receives your sample.
